Returns & Exchanges

At ALAND, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your ALAND account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
